Ekansh not only loves her, he isnpires her, encourages her, and in a way spoilet her emotionally as well by making her believe that there is someone for her to fall back on.
When she reaches Mumbai and takes taxi, she finds a ironed blue kurti. It seems like, this is the exact kurti which she wanted to wear in the morning. There is also a piece of white cloth with some embroidered in black in the middle. It is a message: Be Ready mini.
From here stranger enters in her life and makes her life hell.
Mini is her pet name. She completely shocks how someone knows her pet name in a city where she knows nobody.
Firstly, she starts living with her cousin Meghna, who decided to get marry to a Muslim boy 'Adil' against her family. But Rivanah feels very uncomfortable to live with Meghna because of Meghna and Adil's some major issues. Then, she decides to shift to a PG flat. There has her two flat mate, Ishhita and Asha. Soon, Ishhita becomes Rivanah's good friend with whom she shares a very great bond.

After sometimes, a guy enters in her life named 'Danny'. Danny is Rivanah's new neighbor. First time, she has crush on some guy other than Ekansh.
As time passes, they falls in love with each other.

It is Interesting to know who is this stranger?
What she wants from Rivanah?
Why is stranger following her?
As book go ahead, it unfolds so many twists.

My take-

I love to read Novoneel Chakarborty's book. And this one is also an astonishing piece which I read. Author used simple language. All the characters are well written and described.
If you had gone through with a heartbreak then, definitely you can connect yourself with Rivanah.
This book is about an young and independent girl who comes to a big city. And how is it difficult to live alone in a city like Mumbai with strangers.
Here are  some quotes from the book. I hope you likes it.

• If love is based on priorities and conditions, it can certainly die because priorities and conditions keep changing in life all the time.

• people judge the unknown with their knowledge of the known.

• Fear is the most prized illusion that we create for ourselves.

• The love that seems true isn't always true love.

• Half- heartedly knowing well nothing could mend a broken heart except, maybe, time.

• Emotional investments are subject to life risks.

This is a first book of stranger trilogy. It has two another books "All Yours, stranger" and "Forget Me Not, Stranger". The review of these two books will come soon.

COVER OF THE BOOK:

KILLING ASHISH KARVE- AN INSPECTOR SARALKAR'S MYSTERY

I found the cover of the book is comparatively good. The blood on the mirror doesn't actually depict the crime scene but it certainly detects the feeling of spirit of incident. And with the cover you can predict, whose the story it is.

TITLE OF THE BOOK:

Earlier the book was published as "The Body In Back Seat" but later it was re-published as the "Killing Ashish Karve".
The title of the book is appropriate to the storyline.

  PLOT OF THE BOOK:

As the name suggests, it is a mystery about the murder of Ashish Karve. It is a police procedural, depicting the process of crime solving by Pune police. Senior Inspector Saralkar is the lead investigator and is accompanied by Inspector Motkar. Together they bring the criminals to justice.
Ashish Karve is a local business man who is nicely running his business in partnership with Mr. Shreekant Naag. One day, the body of Ashish karve has been founded dead in the back seat of his own car.
It seems a straight forward case of suicide. But Senior inspectors Saralkar's sharp mind is agog with the possibility of murder.
When Saralkar and PSI Motkar starts interrogation with people, be to it Ashish's bussines partner(shreekant Naag), his wife (Sanjot karve), his friends (Dr. Rajguru and Shantanu Patel), his brother in law (Vijay more), his brother (Jaideep Karve), and his father-in-law (col. Apte), they Found that every one has a strong motive to kill ashish. Over the course we meet Rohit Kurien and Suchitra who are working in Ashish’ company which he runs in partnership. We are also introduced to Dr. Bhojwani among many other characters.
Mrs. Sanjot karve is a housemaker and have a only son Akshay. Jaideep karve has a family property dispute with Ashish. Shreekant Naag also has bussines related dispute with Ashish. Ramakant Karve is an old person, and maid Indubai takes care of him.  col. Apte is a retired army officer and he is very concern about his daughter Sanjot.
As Saralkar and PSI Motkar try to unfolds the mystery, the mystery becomes complicated and hard to solve.
Is it a murder or suicide?
If it is murder then , who is the killer?
You will only get to know the answer of these question when you read the book .

SUMMERY:

Salis Desai is an author who is famous for his crime fiction. This book is one of his best writings. The book is gripping and well written. The story telling is simple and neat, the book is real page turner. Salil Desai used a simple language. And each character is portrayed very well.
Killing Ashish Karve is a spine-chilling murder mystery which follows the adventures and exploits of senior inspector SARALKAR.
Personally, I loved to read murder mysteries book. And no doubt this one also has a great and amazing story. If you love to read murder mysteries so you should also try this one.

Yeah ! I rate this movie - 7/10
